Department of Academic Affairs is a functional department responsible for teaching management at the university. It has five departments: Teaching Operations, Practical Teaching, Teaching Research, Curriculum and Teaching Materials, and Student Registration. Its main responsibilities include: developing and implementing undergraduate and vocational training programs, managing teaching operations and practical teaching activities, conducting teaching research and reforms, overseeing discipline development, curriculum design, and teaching material construction, monitoring the quality of teaching operations, managing non-degree education and advancing the informatization of undergraduate teaching. These efforts ensure the orderly implementation of undergraduate education and teaching activities.

The Academic Affairs Office undertakes the fundamental tasks of managing and supporting teaching. It serves not only as the administrative body for teaching management but also as a service-oriented department for teachers and students. Adhering to the people-oriented and quality-first philosophy in teaching management, it strengthens the service awareness and quality consciousness of all staff members. By proactively, patiently, and meticulously carrying out every task, the office ensures the stability of teaching order while progressively advancing the two-tier teaching management system at the university and college/departmentlevels. This further deepens teaching reforms and continuously improves the quality of talent cultivation.
